THE CIRCLE membership community is designed to meet you where you are, even if you haven’t started your outdoor classroom yet; however, many of our assessment tools, which will let you know exactly what phase you’ll be starting at, are within the Outdoor Teaching Bootcamp. (sold separately)

Please Note: THE CIRCLE has no beginning and no end; therefore, as educators, we will be constantly evolving within each of the Outdoor Teaching phases.

If you’re a beginner, you’ll start at Phase 1: Infrastructure & Phase 2: Get Outdoors, which will focus on building your foundation with confidence. It's highly recommended to complete the Outdoor Teaching Bootcamp. In Phase 1 & 2, you’ll also have access to all the 1-hour virtual workshops to get you past any early lesson planning hurdles.

If you’ve already established your outdoor classroom and want to develop and strengthen your curriculum for teaching outdoors, you’ll start at Phase 3: Teaching and Learning Outdoors, which will focus primarily on tips and tricks, lesson plans that work, and trouble-shooting. This will include a monthly Teaching and Learning Round Table for both beginners and advanced outdoor educators.

Phase 4: Weather & Phase 5: Sustainability members will benefit from Q&A sessions that include Educator Lesson Exchanges. We focus on three main subject areas—teaching outdoors in challenging weather, Strategic Planning, and Sustainability Education. You’ll learn how to continually scale your Outdoor Classroom in a predictable way, one that allows you to work smarter, not harder.

Success in this program requires that you take consistent, focused action, that you actually show up, and that you take the time to apply what you are learning and keep moving forward.

The bottom line is that you can’t expect the Outdoor Teaching Bootcamp and THE CIRCLE to magically work for you. You need to do the work. Show up for live virtual sessions. Set goals. Ask questions. Apply what you are learning to your Outdoor Classrooms. Use our planning tools consistently.

That being said, our team is completely dedicated to your success—and that means doing whatever we can to support you along the way. If you still don’t find what you’re looking for, shoot us an email—we’re happy to help you find the answers.

You will get out of this program what you put into it. You do you. Some days you may have an hour, some days you may have 10 minutes, and others you may have no time at all. You might have a crazy-busy day and not get to any of the assignments. Nobody’s keeping track of how much time you’re in the private portal. If you are pressed for time, my recommendation is to show up for the scheduled LIVE sessions when you can check in with the private Facebook community, and set goals for the rest. As long as you're a member, you have lifetime access.

You are free to cancel your membership at any time, and you will retain access to all program materials until your current payment period is complete.

While there is no financial penalty for canceling, we do not provide refunds nor do we prorate any uncompleted time in the program. You must cancel at least 3 business days before your auto payment is charged, or you will be charged for an additional month of the program. Once you cancel your membership, you will not be able to rejoin the program at the Founding Members Rate.
