As an educator, my Teaching Garden story didn't start until I was a parent. While spearheading the transformation of an old desolate courtyard at my children's elementary school into a Children's Garden & Outdoor Classroom I found my entire philosophy of education transformed.
I now inspire teachers and parents to create outdoor classrooms, backyard teaching gardens, and nature-based curricula on a shoestring budget.
The Exploring Nature in Winter Master Class is a comprehensive training, designed to help you create a winter curriculum that gets both you and your kids jazzed about going outside during the cold months.

This Master Class reflects on the importance of getting children outdoors during the coldest months of the year. Furthermore introduces 30+ Nature-Based Winter Activities as seeds of inspiration; along with 4 LIVE Zoom sessions and an expansive Resource Library of Winter-themed Children’s Books.
